Digital Product Refunds
Because our products are delivered electronically (such as downloads, templates, or access links), all refund requests must meet the following conditions:
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Refunds will only be granted if you have attempted to use the product and found it does not perform as described.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at ralph@fiveelementinnovations.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if:
More than 14 days have passed since your purchase.
You purchased during a special launch offer or bundle deal that specifically states “no refunds.”
You have downloaded, copied, or distributed the product in violation of our Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if abuse of the policy is suspected.
